It's
interesting to read in Marketing 29/01/08 that one of the key issues
facing customer publishing agencies it that of recruitment.
However, hardly surprising, given this was the exact rationale for
setting up Treehouse Recruitment in the first place. Now
approaching our first anniversary, it is good to know the
difficulties surrounding recruitment, is still very much front of mind.
A reluctance to differentiate between mainstream and customer
publishing plays a significant part in this. Treehouse specialises in
only customer publishing, and is now actively recruiting for all the
leading agencies, demonstrating a full understanding of this
marketplace and sourcing the best candidates. With expert knowledge,
skills and contacts within the industry Treehouse can simplify both the
job search for candidates, and the tiresome recruitment process for
agencies.
If you are either
looking for candidates or indeed thinking of moving on in
your career, do please give me a call. I make one promises for
both clients and cadidates alike, I will not waste your time with
mis-matches, but instead will take the time to find the right fit.
